Do you need people for your seasonal peak?

Fast onboarding for a short window — a team that gets into rhythm within days and stays until the end of the season. Advantage: quick document processing, fast visa issuance, and no permanent contract required.
A form of temporary work during periods of high demand in seasonal industries such as tourism, agriculture, and others. Employment is limited to a maximum of 90 days per calendar year without rights to permanent work.
Its main purpose is to provide employers with the necessary workforce during busy months, without long-term commitments. This type of employment does not require permanent contracts or full social insurance.

Seasonal Employment 3–9 Months

Do you have a project and need people?

A stable team for the entire period — with a clear timeline and a backup option. From start to project completion (3–9 months). Advantage: securing staff for a longer active season, without a permanent contract and with the possibility of renewal if needed.
A form of temporary work for a period of three to nine months during the year. It is mainly applied in sectors with seasonal or intensive activity — agriculture, forestry, fisheries, hospitality, etc.
Foreign nationals may obtain a residence permit for seasonal employment if they meet the requirements of Bulgarian legislation and hold a visa. The permit may be extended once if the employment contract continues.

Long-Term Employment 1–3 Years

Do you need people for long-term growth?

We recruit and integrate employees who stay long-term (1–3 years). Advantage: long-term engagement compared to seasonal work, but without being permanent.
A form of extended employment with a fixed-term contract — from 1 to 3 years, but without permanent employment status. Upon expiration, it can be renewed or terminated.
Long-term employment provides employees with more stability and income security over an extended period. Workers also benefit from health and pension insurance, paid leave, and other social benefits.

Intra-Corporate Transfer

Do you want to relocate someone to another location?

We organize an intra-corporate transfer to various locations — documents, travel, and job start without interruption. Advantage: ensures international mobility, knowledge exchange, and professional development in a global environment.
A process of relocating an employee to another branch of the same company, in Bulgaria or abroad. Under Bulgarian law (ZTMТМ), for third-country nationals this transfer is a temporary relocation to Bulgaria.
The transfer permit is issued for up to 1 year and may be extended up to 3 years for managers and specialists, and up to 1 year for trainees according to the Foreigners in Bulgaria Act.

Highly Qualified Employment

Are you looking for a highly qualified specialist from abroad?

We find the right profile and run the hiring procedure (including “Blue Card” if needed) until the first working day. Advantage: long-term recruitment of specialists from third countries through a secure procedure with extended validity.
The “EU Blue Card” is a residence and work permit issued by the Ministry of Interior to highly qualified third-country nationals. The permit is issued for 1 to 5 years and may be renewed. If the employment contract is shorter, the permit covers its duration + 3 months.
Candidates must have higher education and specific knowledge or skills proven with documentation. Required: fixed-term employment contract, proof of education, accommodation, health insurance, and legalized documents.
